Manage and handle bookings and agreements with carriers.
Control and monitor shipments until loading, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Identify and address transportation problems, providing effective solutions.
Track and follow up on shipment statuses, keeping stakeholders informed.
Develop and improve operational metrics to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency.
Must have qualifications
Proficiency in the logistics industry to stay updated on industry news and changes.
Advanced analytical thinking skills for data analysis and service improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills focused on delivering remarkable results, solutions, and ensuring carrier satisfaction.
High level of work ethics, values, and trust to maintain confidentiality across multiple partners.
Reliability, independence, high motivation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding team environment.
Willingness to work outside the comfort zone and quickly build relationships.
Languages: English (B2), Georgian (Native).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a logistics manager or logistics specialist positions.
