Sales Manager

Who are we:

• OMOFOX is a digital freight forwarding founded in Tbilisi, Georgia at 2020 December. We are developing B2B SaaS platform that offers local and global trade companies an end-to-end digital solution for their freight transportation needs. This range from quoting, booking, communicating, and track & tracing their shipments in real-time.

Your role:

• As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading commercial programs and commercial operations including sales operations, commercial partnerships, channel sales, and other business functions to set a foundation for growth and develop oursales partnerships and business capabilities. You will report to the Head of Business Development.

Your daily activities:

• Identify and lead channel sales partnerships and business development initiatives to fuel our growth

• Establish and implement systems methods and processes to build scalable commercial capabilities

• Partner cross functionally with sales, marketing and pricing to define and refine our go-to-market strategy

• Be both local and global, you balance global and local practices to deliver maximum value to our customers, carriers and regulators

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial and analytics heavy functions

• High level of ownership of assigned tasks and independent initiative, where appropriate, to achieve exceptional results

• A data-oriented and orderly way of working

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various management levels

• An exceptionally reliable work ethic and motivation

• Reliability, independence, high motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding team

• You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and will thrive in unstructured and multi-stakeholder settings to deliver results

• Strong command of English and Georgian
